German Pancakes

6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
5 T. butter
1/2 tsp salt

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, then add egg mixture.  Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.  (Half a recipe bakes in a square 8 x 8 inch pan.)
